Certified Physical Damage Appraisers
Our Quality Control team of licensed physical damage appraisers has deep knowledge of the body repair industry, with an average of 15 years of practical experience in the field. CEI appraisers augment their experience with ongoing Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair (I-CAR) training, to ensure repair estimates meet industry and client standards for safety and quality.
We are recognized as an I-CAR Sustaining Partner for our dedication to professional training in collision appraisals, which we expanded beyond our Quality Control team to include our Subrogation and Client Specialist teams. Our aim is that every employee who touches an estimate for our clients, whether for approvals, client discussions, loss recovery, or other aspect, will have the highest level of training for validating and managing collision repair estimates. We provide employees with the resources and encouragement to obtain Platinum Status certification, and many of our team members have achieved this high honor.
As an organization, CEI holds the Gold Status certification by I-CAR for excellence in collision appraisal.
