Normalizing Fleet Safety Post-Merger

A large sales and service fleet had been taking steps to reduce preventable collisions per million miles (CPMM) for several years.  After a significant merger in 2018, this fleet normalized fleet data and processes, including rolling out a standardized configuration of DriverCare Risk Manager®  across the fleet, and standardizing safety policies and procedures.  This resulted in an 8% decrease in their preventable CPMM in one year.
