TREVOSE, PA – CEI’s board of directors announced that Vincent Brigidi has been promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of CEI. Brigidi will head up commercial development and commercial delivery operations and will have direct overall responsibility for customer accounts, including the functional areas of Operations, Strategic Account Services and Sales and Marketing. Brigidi is a graduate of James Madision University and came to CEI 12 years ago after working at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Washington D.C.
“During the past 12 years he has proven to be a valuable asset to the company,” said Wayne G. Smolda, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. “CEI’s clients place great trust and confidence in him and have enjoyed the progress of their accounts while being served by Vincent and his teams in Operations and Strategic Account Services. Over the past five years he has taken on responsibility for product development and implementing unique and competitively advantaged service offerings. He has been at the center of the work that went into all of our new claims systems including, IntellIclaim, Claimslink and DriverCare and the Vendor Portal, all unique in the industry.
