Trevose, PA, July 6, 2007 – CEI’s 27 long-term employees – nearly 15 per cent of its entire workforce —  were honored in a ceremony that unveiled the company’s “Wall of Fame” last month.

The name of every current employee with at least 15 years of service was inscribed on a golden plaque and placed in a ring around the company’s logo in the lobby of its world headquarters here before the company’s entire Trevose-based work force.

“These are the people who helped put CEI on the map and helped build it to what it is today, the largest accident management company in North America,” said Wayne Smolda, CEO and founder.

Mr. Smolda said that CEI has one of the lowest turnover rates among call centers in North America, and an unusually long average term of employee service over all.  “Engendering employee loyalty is one of the keys to our strategy of providing the best customer service in our industry,” he noted. 

CEI was founded in 1983 as one of the first companies to provide accident management services to company fleets.  The inaugural members of the Wall of Fame (and their first year of service)  include:
