Trevose, PA, January 20, 2012 – Employees of the CEI Group, Inc. (CEI) raised more than $1,500 in cash and gifts to make the recent winter holidays brighter for disadvantaged area children.

The donations included $835 in cash and more than $700 in new toys, dolls, games and electronics to Bethanna, a children’s charitable organization based in Southampton, PA. It was the fifth year that CEI employees played Santa Claus for children supported by Bethanna, including orphans, adopted and foster children. For more information about the charity, visit www.bethanna.org.

CEI employs some 200 people at its Bucks County, PA headquarters. CEI’s “Fish Team,” a volunteer employee activity committee, collected the gifts through its annual “Project Good Cheer,” featuring raffles, a 50/50 drawing and a grab-bag of holiday wish lists from Bethanna children themselves.
