A proven leader in the automotive industry, Terry has delivered significant improvements in both the growth trajectory and customer experience at market powerhouses in the automotive and parts aftermarket industry. Terry’s executive tenure includes leading a multi-company integration, successful expansion of business lines, and implementation of customer experience and service delivery strategies that exceeded all expected outcomes.
Terry fosters an atmosphere of customer service excellence, keeping the customer first in design and execution of planned initiatives, and by promoting cross-functional collaboration for full visibility along the service delivery chain.
Mark brings over 12 years of experience in the Fleet Management and Transportation industry with him to CEI. Mark is a key member of the Senior Leadership team, bringing a passion for growth and innovation to the sales organization. Mark’s focus is to create consistency for our clients and prospects from our messaging to relationship development through execution of services.
Mark lives on the Connecticut Shoreline with his wife and their two dogs. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, spending time at the barn with their horse, and traveling to Martha’s Vineyard.
Kelly brings over 20 years of experiencing managing First Notice of Loss call centers in the insurance industry. With a focus on compassionate customer care, Kelly inspires CEI’s intake teams to manage every loss event with concern for the driver, and to provide comprehensive documentation of the occurrence to aide our clients in resolving all unfortunate events. Kelly and her husband live in Northeastern PA with their two children. In her spare time, you will find Kelly in her kitchen enjoying cooking and baking.
Brian is CEI’s leader for product innovation and technology integration. With nearly 20 years’ industry experience including strategic account services and management of risk and safety solutions, Brian leverages his deep knowledge of client needs and advancing technologies to develop new products and services that deliver increased value to fleet and risk managers. When Brian is not innovating for CEI, he spends most of his time at the ice-hockey rink and soccer fields with his wife and three children.
Randy has 20 years’ experience in the fleet management collision industry. He has experience in all aspects of collision management from contact centers, repair management, to subrogation services. Randy is an advocate for Lean Six-Sigma and all things technology and harnesses a diverse team to provide world class customer service to our clients. Randy and his family are avid theme park enthusiasts and enjoy traveling to parks whenever they can.
Victor (Vic) has over 35 years of leadership experience across the fleet, automotive aftermarket and dealership management landscape, and holds a Master level certification with Ford Motor Company in service and parts competencies in addition to certifications with Hyundai and FCA. Today, Vic leads CEI’s repair management team, responsible for day-to-day operations with a focus on client satisfaction. Vic’s love for all things automotive continues in his personal life and he is a true Philadelphia sports fan.
A certified SCRUM Master, Steve has a wealth of systems development experience both for front-end applications, and back-end architecture in a variety of industries including banking, pharmaceuticals, and fleet management. Responsible for all of CEI’s applications, Steve leads the IT team responsible for supporting CEI’s business mission and successful management of all system development & support. Steve and his wife Patty reside in Delaware County, PA with their 3 sons and 2 dogs.
Ken’s 20-year tenure at CEI spans a variety of disciplines and his combined experience in Sales, Marketing, Strategic Services, and Client Relations gives him a unique understanding of the voice of the customer. Ken currently develops Accident Management solutions that best fit our clients’ organizational cultures and achieves strategic objectives. Ken and his wife Morgan reside in central New Jersey with their son and, as avid travelers, are often planning their next adventure.
Chris has over 30 years experience in the fleet accident and safety industry and has held numerous leadership roles within CEI, covering both claim operations & customer servicing. Chris is a key contributor to CEI’s Senior Leadership Team Committee and Corporate Strategic Planning teams. Today, Chris continues to use his experience and knowledge to engage clients and deliver a superior customer experience and manage key channel partner relationships. Chris and his wife reside in Bucks County, PA with their two daughters and rescue dog, Murphy, and enjoy exploring new destinations on their travels.
